Product characteristics:
1. ICEBABY High Efficiency Heat Exchange Unit (Made in Taiwan), which condensates moisture and removes it during cooling (first drainage).
2. ICEBABY High Efficiency Heat Exchange Unit adopts Vertical Type
A new type of bare tube ICEBABY with alternating heat and cold diversion is designed by vertical type. Fully utilizing the physical principle, under the action of gravity and cyclone centrifugal force, the dried product gas moves upward while the condensate droplets depart from the bottom, which plays an excellent role in gas-liquid separation and ensures the overall dewatering effect.
3. Design of multiple baffles
The evaporator and ICEBABY have built-in multiple baffles to slow down the flow rate, prolong the heat exchange time, and effectively apply the interception effect and knock effect to make the water removal more thorough.
4. Super Large Gas-liquid Separation Device (Second Drainage)
Under the interaction of interception effect, inertia effect, diffusion effect and collision effect, the gas-liquid separation device ensures the full separation of water and gas, and adopts downward separation process design to further ensure the dew point of the air of the exported products.
5. Increased heat exchange channel (third drainage)
When the gas enters the increased heat exchange cylinder, because of the expansion of volume, the air velocity slows down, the heat exchange time is increased, the heat energy exchange is more fully and comprehensively, and the condensation growth time of condensate droplets is prolonged, so that it can be completely separated from the gas.
